  • Completed over 60 projects requiring specialized in supply chain strategy and optimization, retail systems selection & implementation, logistics outsourcing, transportation management, distribution network design and multichannel distribution.
  • Hands-on operations experience includes 4 years of supply chain leadership at Shaw’s Supermarkets in Boston and 5 years of management in supply chain and IT functions at the UK’s second largest home improvement retailer, Homebase.

Peter Sangster, Principal

  • 31 years of experience in distribution operations and supply chain management.

  • Hands-on operations experience in a wide variety of industries including automotive, retail and wholesale grocery, wholesale distribution, food and beverage production, consumer products, hardware and lumber, apparel and footwear, and industrial distribution.

MWPVL International is an organization that has been successful because of the collective experience of our team members. Joe's passion and enthusiasm for designing optimized distribution centers was an important skillset that many of our clients benefited from.  Joe was also a very interesting person who could talk about many diverse topics which he combined with a great sense of humor. His passing was sudden and unexpected and we will miss him immensely.
