	Mike Powell, Principal 18 years of supply chain consulting experience in the retail and grocery industries, preceded by 20 years of hands-on management leadership in operations and I.T. positions in both the US and the UK. Completed over 60 projects requiring specialized in supply chain strategy and optimization, retail systems selection & implementation, logistics outsourcing, transportation management, distribution network design and multichannel distribution. Hands-on operations experience includes 4 years of supply chain leadership at Shaw’s Supermarkets in Boston and 5 years of management in supply chain and IT functions at the UK’s second largest home improvement retailer, Homebase. 	Patsy Van Louie, Vice President of Administration and Human Resources 34 years of hands-on experience in administration and financial accounting for manufacturing, distribution operations. In Memory of Peter Sangster

MWPVL International is an organization that has been successful because of the collective experience of our team members. Peter Sangster was a founding member of the company and has worked for the firm since 2007. Peter passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in his home country of Jamaica in late 2025.

Peter was gifted many important skills that our clients benefited from. His creativity and problem solving skills were second to none. He also had a great sense of humor and a tremendous intellect. Peter was a great friend, mentor and gentleman in every way. We will miss him immensely.
